Frequently Asked Questions

My collection is 8888 but there are no credit packs for my desired size?

You can purchase the 10 000 credit pack and reserve the remaining 1112 credits for the next collection.

How does the payment work?

Mixer Studio uses Stripe for handling payments. Read more about Stripe here.

How does the plan work?

Each new project starts with a Basic Plan that is free. And each project can be upgradable to the other plans. By upgrading your plan, the features will only apply for the selected project. Each project requires its own plan. Note that plans cannot be purchased with credit.

What plan is good for me?

If you just want to try out our service for free, you can use the Basic Plan. However if you are planning to launch your NFT collection with a size up to 8000 use our Standard Plan. If you are planning to work with a bigger team or if you want a collection of up to 20k, we would recommend the Pro Plan.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Every new project will start with the basic plan and can be upgraded, however once upgraded, it cannot be downgraded or transferred to other projects.

How does collaboration work?

The collaboration works with teammates in the app, allowing real-time editing and instant visibility of changes as they occur. The Basic Plan does not support collaboration. The Standard Plan supports it but only 2 seat is included in the plan, max collaborators is 3. The Pro Plan offers 3 members for free with 10 max collaborators. If your plan supports collaboration and you want more members you can purchase another seat for $TBA.

Is this a subscription?

No, this is not a subscription. You pay for how many credits you want and you can upgrade your project. Every purchasable item is a one time purchase.

Do you accept crypto currencies?

We currently do not support any crypto currencies as payment. We only accept fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP...) through our payment provider Stripe.

Do you store the card information?

No, we do not store the card information. The card information is processed by Stripe. Read more about Stripe here.

How does the credit system work?

You can purchase different credit packs that come in various amounts. Each credit is equivalent to 1 generated NFT.

Will I get an invoice for my purchase?

You will receive an invoice from Stripe, confirming the purchase.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. You can read our full terms of service here.
